September 17th (Wed.) 10:00 - 12:00 Sushi Roll and Soup - In this course you will learn how to cook sushi rice, make dashi(soup stock) and dashi maki tamago (Japanese Omelet) September 19th (Fri.) 10:00 - 12:00 Yaki Gyoza (Fried Dumplings), Sui Gyoza (Boiled Dumplings) and Daikon Salad September 24th (Wed.) 10:00 - 12:00 Let's Explore Tofu! - Agedashi Dofu (Fried Tofu) and a few other Tofu Dishes (This course is vegetarian) September 26th (Fri.) 10:00 - 12:00 Open to request (priority to first person to book)
