Simply Oishii Wagashi School offers an unique cultural experience for visitors to Japan through the art of wagashi - traditional Japanese sweets.
​At our workshops, you’ll not only learn how to make wagashi, but also discover the rich traditions and history behind them. Our friendly bilingual instructors will guide you step by step.
Come enjoy a special moment creating beautiful nerikiri sweets and mochi, and connect with the heart of Japanese culture.
Classes are also available in our affiliate schools around Tokyo and Yokohama.

ABOUT MIYUKI

Hi, I'm Miyuki, Founder and Owner of Simply Oishii Wagashi School. I started my culinary school in 2014 at my home before moving to our private studio in 2023. I'm also the director of Wagashi Promotion Association Japan.  We are a group dedicated to promoting wagashi, Japanese Sweets to the world. I personally train and evaluate instructors who will be in charge of hosting our classes.  Simply Oishii Wagashi School is our main school for the association.
