A New Cookery Class for Japanese food will open in September 2014 in Meguro, Tokyo. Detailed dates will be announced in August. This Cookery Class is for Ladies Only.
In this class you will learn how to make the basic Sushi Rolls accompanied by Chawan Mushi (Savory Egg custard). (Vegetarian Menus can be provided for this class)
Oyako don (Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl)
In this class you will learn how to make a classic oyako-don using a versatile sauce that can be used for other Japanese dishes. You will also learn how to make miso soup.
In this class you will learn to how to make fried gyoza as well as boiled gyoza. We will also be making a Daikon (Mooli) Salad as well.
In this class you will learn how to use tofu. You will be making 2 Tofu dishes as well as try out the various kinds of tofu that you see in the supermarket. (Vegetarian Menus can be provided for this class)
