Choose  a scheduled class from the  TOP `Page  or request for a date that suits you (min.2, max. 8 students).
  1. Request booking from the Contact form 
  2. Wait for a reply on the availability of your requested date. (reply will be sent to you within 24 hours)
  3. Once the date is confirmed, you will be requested to pay by credit card from this website.
  4. Booking confirmed once you have paid and a link to the class location (or Zoom link) will be sent to you.

Participating with Children
Children are welcome, but they must be able to sit in their seat for the duration of the class. For the courtesy of other guests, you may be asked to leave if the class is disturbed. If you are participating with small children we advise you to book a private class or take a class at one of our affiliate schools where you can take the class in a private residence in a smaller setting.. Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in class due to safety reasons.

We do not have a discount price for children, but most of our affiliate schools do have a discounted child price. Please check out their website for details. 

​Classes on request & Private Lessons
If you would like to take a class that is not on the Class Calendar, please request  a course and date that is convenient for you. (You must be booking for 2 or more people.) Private Lessons are available upon request.

Payment
Payment should be made  within 3 working days upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail and no later than 3 days before the class.
For Tokyo Residents -Remittance to the designated bank account from Japanese banks or PayPay.
For overseas Residents -  Credit Card. or Paypal (upon request). 

Class Location
Classes are held in my private residence, near Meguro Station (JR Yamanote Line) and Fudomae Station (Meguro Line). Car Parking available (Advanced Booking Required).  Address and directions will be provided upon confirmation of your attendance. Go to Access>>>
 
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to class.
50% Cancellation Charge: Less than 3 days’ notice
100% Cancellation Charge : Less than 24 hours notice. 
If you should require to reschedule the class, please give at least 2 days notice.
Anytime after that is subject to a rescheduling fee.
In case of cancellation, a transaction fee will be deducted and the remaining part will be refunded.
