To those of you interested in learning Japanese sweets, I will be holding a group lesson on the following dishes:
Shiratama dango is a popular dumpling that can be made easily at home. It is usually served with anko (red bean sauce) or kuromitsu (brown sugar syrup) but you can also eat with honey or maple syrup as the dumpling itself has no taste.
Date : April 27th (Mon.) 10:00 am - The course will run for 2 hours.
Class fee : 5,000 yen.
