Japanese Home Cooking Course
This course will teach you how to make a typical Japanese home cooked meal, 一汁三菜 (ichijyu sansai) which consists of rice, one soup and three dishes.
You can choose from the following 2 courses:
Teriyaki Course
Tofu Course
Both Courses are served with rice, dessert and tea or coffee.
Duration : 2.5 hours (including tasting time)
Course Fee : USD 65 per person.
Minimum participants :2, Maximum Participants 4
Intensive Cooking Course
This is a course of five classes which will teach you the basics of Japanese Home Cooking, starting from a supermarket tour to familiarize you with the basic ingredients.

- Main dish - Teriyaki Grill (Choose from fish, chicken, or tofu)
- Two side dishes - Vegetable of the season & dashi maki tamago (Japanese Rolled Egg Omelette)
- Miso Soup made from homemade dashi (soup stock)
Tofu Course
- Agedashi Tofu (Deep fried Tofu with vegetables)
- Tofu Okonomiyaki
- Aburaage (Fried Tofu) Pizza
- Seasonal vegetables with Tofu Sauce (Shira-ae)
- Miso Soup
- Mixed Rice
