Online Sushi Class

This course will teach you how to make sushi rice, tamagoyaki, and Miso Soup or Clear Soup using the Dashi (Fish Stock). Please book this class if you can buy nori seaweed and sushi rice in your local store.

Sushi Class
Sushi Roll (California Roll and Thick Roll)

Choose a filling you like to make a thick Roll (Futomaki)  If you cannot eat raw fish, smoked salmon and boiled shrimps can be used instead. Suitable for vegetarians too.

Duration : 90 minutes
Course Fee :  6000 yen for up to 2 people. 3,000 yen for additional person

Flower Sushi

This course will teach you how to make Flower Sushi. Course includes how to make sushi rice,  
Decoration Sushi Class
In this course, we will be making Tamagoyaki (Japanese Style Egg Omelette and a Flower Sushi. The Egg can be replaced by a vegetable.

Duration : 90 min.
Course Fee : 3,000 yen per person.
