Online Sushi Class
This course will teach you how to make sushi rice, tamagoyaki, and Miso Soup or Clear Soup using the Dashi (Fish Stock). Please book this class if you can buy nori seaweed and sushi rice in your local store.

Choose a filling you like to make a thick Roll (Futomaki) If you cannot eat raw fish, smoked salmon and boiled shrimps can be used instead. Suitable for vegetarians too.
