Ramen Course
This course will teach you how to make home-style ramen accompanied by gyoza dumplings. We will be using chicken stock for the soup base and not tonkotsu (pork bones). This course aims making ramen without the hassle of boiling soup for many hours. We will be using store-bought ramen noodles and gyoza skins.
