Nabe (Japanese Hot Pot)

Learn how to make the most popular dish during winter time! In this course you will learn how to prepare the soup stock as well as how to cut the vegetables and prepare other ingredients. All nabe (pronounced "na-bay") courses will be served with a seasonal vegetable side dish, udon noodles, dessert, and tea or coffee.
