Online mochi class

This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to make mochi. You will learn how to handle the sticky mochi and create popular mochi dishes.

Menu
  •  Daifuku (Mochi with filling) - Please choose from Strawberry Daifuku* (Other fruits may be used if strawberries are not available) and Mochi Ice Cream. We will make two pieces so you can choose to make one of each if you like.
  •  Three color dango (Mochi Balls on skewers) ​

Ingredients that you will have to prepare yourself:
Strawberry Daifuku: Mochiko or Shratamako (Glutinous Rice Flour), Sugar, Red or White bean paste, Sugar  You can make white bean paste by watching my tutorial video.
Mochi Ice Cream : Mochiko or Sweet Rice Four (Glutinous Rice Flour), Sugar, and Ice Cream of your choice.
Three Color Dango : Mochiko or Sweet Rice Flour (Glutinous Rice Flour),  Sugar, and Red and Green Food Coloring.

You will get a complete list of ingredients and tools at the time of booking.


Course fee : 3,000 yen per person.  
Private Classes can be booked from 15,000 yen.

Duration: 90 minutes.
