Events can be held at our studio (max. 18 pax) or at a rental kitchen or hotel banquet rooms for a larger group
We are happy to book a venue for you, or conduct an off-site class at your preferred location. Discounts available for large groups and Educational organizations.

A Creative Japanese Team ExperienceTeams learn about Japanese wagashi culture, create seasonal nerikiri together and take part in a friendly creative challenge to design their own original wagashi. The experience concludes with matcha and an introduction to Japanese tea culture.

Online Workshops and Demonstrations 
Online classes a great for global companies who have employees around the globe.   Cooking Demonstrations can also be arranged for larger Audiences. Classes can be conducted from 6 am to 12am Japan Standard time. (Closed between 12 am and 6 am). There is a  10% discount for 11 -20 people, 20% discount for over 21 people. (max 30 people for cook along class and 100 people for cooking demos)

The most popular online cooking class would be the online mochi making class, but other classes can be arranged upon request..

A link to the ingredients list will be sent out together with the zoom link so the participants can cook along during class.
